Construction Superintendent
Seeking an experienced SUPERINTENDENT to oversee commercial projects up to $10 million.  This position would require the superintendent to be in charge of all phases of the project(s), including the productivity of employees and subcontractors, maintaining schedule, safety and quality control, and interacting with owners and architects.  This person will need to assure that the project is completed accurately as per plans and specifications, safely, and within budget.  Estimating and computer skills required.  Full benefits offered.  Pay is negotiable based on experience and aptitude.  Three years experience in a similar position required. Commercial & residential general construction projects up to $10 million. Expertise in estimating, database, spreadsheet, word processing, and communication software essential. Process and direct construction documentation including submittals, RFI’s, RFP’s, and Change Orders. Create schedules. Plan and insure the efficient and timely progress of a project. Pay is negotiable based on experience and aptitude. Three years experience in a similar position required. Concrete Foreman
